White House Backs Unconstitutional Bill to Make DC a State. Dems Have to Lie Cheat and Steal to Win

The White House has formally backed a bill to make Washington DC a state even though doing so would be unconstitutional. Like with the Supreme Court, they want to pack Congress as well and this is one way they are trying to make it happen.
