Pho King fires back at Health District on Dirty Dining

For the second week in a row, “pho” has been “blah” in health inspector reports. The manager of this week’s restaurant is a self-proclaimed Dirty Dining fan who welcomed Chief Investigator Darcy Spears' visit as an opportunity to fire back at the Health District.
