How to make Fluffy Souffle Omelette/蓬鬆蛋奶酥煎蛋

Ingredients:
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp butter
ketchup

Instructions:
1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
2. Add salt to the egg yolks and mix. Set aside.
3.Add sugar to the egg whites. Beat it until it’s firm.
4. Add the egg yolks into the foaming egg whites. Gently mix them.
5. On medium-low heat, grease the pan with butter.
6. Gently add the egg mixture into the pan on low heat, then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

作法:

3.在蛋清中加糖。攪拌攪至堅挺。
4.將蛋黃加到起泡的蛋白中。輕輕地混合它們。
5.中低火,鍋裡融化奶油
6.轉低火,將雞蛋混合物輕輕地放入鍋中,然後蓋上鍋蓋並煎烤3-4分鐘。
