Solar Plexus meditation with Grada

The solar plexus is the home of the ego. It's where our miracles get stuck or blocked. Our solar plexus becomes very tense when we don't feel empowered, or when we feel small and diminished. It needs much love and TLC, so we can let go of the control freaky side of ourselves. When the solar plexus is re-aligned, we feel a warm sense of wonderfulness in our being and others can feel that in us too.
