Judge Cahill says Congresswoman Waters may have given Derek Chauvin defense grounds for an appeal.

Judge Peter Cahill: "I will give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned..."

Judge Cahill went on to criticize Maxine waters words but noted it's not something that would warrant a mistrial.
