Yes, “Jesus is the answer” is a popular slogan ...

Missing is the question. Jesus is the answer to what? What are people trying to convey when they claim that Jesus is the answer?

Well, they're simply saying that no matter what our individual needs may be, Jesus Christ is the answer for our lives today.

Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” ( John 14:6 ). Jesus is the answer ( the only answer ) to our broken relationship with God.

Apart from Him ( Jesus Christ ) there is no salvation ( Acts 4:12; 1st Timothy 2:5–6 ). The biblical term for God's act of making peace with sinful humanity is reconciliation ( please read 2nd Corinthians 5:18 ).

Romans 5:10 reminds us that, in Christ, God's enemies were made His friends and given life ( eternal life, thank you Lord!! ): “If, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!"
