Canadian Police Make EXTEMELY Aggressive Arrest Of Elderly Man - Excessive Force?
Guelph police officers pushed an elderly man to the ground and punched him in the face while yelling at him to "stop resisting." The video was recorded by a bystander named Christopher Cliffe who witnessed the event. The man was charged with "resisting arrest" and according to Guelph Police was under arrest for "failure to appear" in court.
