I created this channel to help you listen relaxing music and use it for meditation.
Also will help you fall asleep faster, study, push anxiety away , mediate, do yoga. Close your eyes, feel the energy at your core and breath in and breathe out very soft and slowly, and repeat until you start feeling calm and positive.
