Soccer dispute should be handled through arbitration: EU

The European Commission on Monday said a dispute between European soccer's governing body UEFA and 12 of the continent's leading clubs would be 'best resolved by arbitration bodies and also national courts' after the announcement of the formation of a breakaway Super League.
