My interview style is as follow, folks:

They say of bank tellers that earn their keep, there is a trick of the trade that the best way to spot a counterfeit bank note is to study the real thing so that the anomalies in the fakes stick out like a sore thumb.

Thus and so I approach interviews (Lord-Willing); I try to study and read and write and compile what I think is the truth that I then present to my interviewees in the form of questions, at which point I (hopefully) listen for anomalies or finer inspections of even my own understanding of the original.
