The Chinese Type 54 pistol, a near copy of the Soviet Union's TT-33 Tokarev pistol is now being imported into the US via Albanian surplus.

Thankfully, these do not have the safety added to the frame, but a trigger safety that can be removed and return the firearm to its original condition.

I go through some of the history, the markings on the firearm, disassembly and reassembly.
