This was definitely a rant on attempts at social programming and a proposed increase in taxes on pipe tobacco. Sorry if I got a bit hot headed, but this is really an important topic. Also, sorry about the glitch where the audio cut out as I was talking about Phil. I’m slowly learning this software ;-)
