'Girls run Cleveland,' local non-profit opens new multi-resource center for girls to feel motivated and empowered

The local non-profit, Motivated and Empowered, is continuing its mission to stop Cleveland girls from falling through the cracks at school and within the juvenile court system through its grand opening of a new resource center.
