Watch the beautiful shapes under water with eyes open and dream about only Peace Of Mind - staying focused just for few minutes is quite demanding on humans.... as our attention span is not long.

Quick 5min meditation is for those of us who ignore long hours of meditation which soon become boring. Staying still for so long hours is also toxic to our bodies.. that is why I have made these very quick sessions to be done and over-with, whilst not reducing any of the health benefits from meditating.

Watch the same video 3 times a day then move on to the next one. Repetition is a must if you really want to heal.

Why spend hours meditating when you can achieve the same quicker?
Relax while you watch. Breathe slowly. Remove all distractions especially turn-off your mobile just for 5 mins.

Bathe in the video while the music soothes your nerves. These short meditation videos are made for busy people like us, who cannot devote time for quick stress relief meditation. Sparing even 5 minutes within 24 hours of our daily routine is 'time-consuming'; hence why long hours of meditation usually ignored.
