You Will Never Cook a Meal without those 6 Easy Keto Side Dishes 🥑🥑
This video demonstrates how to make six of my favorite mouth-watering and straightforward keto sides.
here are the ingredients:
#1. Keto Zucchini Hash (recipe macros & measurements estimated as shown) - 1:13​
- 2 medium zucchini (skinned and cubed into equal-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup, Kerrygold salted butter (divided)
- 1 tbsp, oil for the pan (use what you have)
- 1 tbsp, rosemary, and thyme dried herb blend
- 1/2 tsp, Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp, garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp, onion powder
- 1/3 cup, white onion (chopped)
#2: Sautéed Purple Cabbage & Onions (recipe macros & measurements estimated as shown) - 2:59​
- 1/2 head, purple or green cabbage (remove core)
- 1/2, white onion (sliced)
- 1 cup, beef bone broth (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 tsp, Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp, garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp, onion powder
#3. Baked Broccoli & Green Beans - 4:39​
- Use the amount of either that you have on-hand
- Drizzle salted grass-fed butter on the veggies
- Toss cubes of pancetta atop veggies
- Bake at 225 degrees F for 15-20 minutes (check your oven as heat levels will vary)
#4. Baked Asparagus in Garlic Butter Sauce - 5:17​
- 2 bundles, fresh asparagus (rinsed and dried)
- 1/3 cup, grass-fed butter (melted)
- 1/4 tsp, Kosher or sea salt
- 1/2 tsp, onion powder
- 1/2 tsp, garlic powder
Garlic Butter Salt Recipe:
- 3 oz, grass-fed butter (salted)
- 1 tsp, garlic powder
- 1 tsp, onion powder
- 1 tsp, rosemary and thyme blend (homemade)
- 1/4 tsp, Kosher salt
#5. Keto Noodle & Veggie Chilled Salad: 5:51​
- 1 pouch: rotini noodles, The Low Carb Bread Company (boiled, 16-18 minutes, and drained)
- 1/4/each, Bell peppers (I had a red, orange and yellow pepper; use what you have)
- 1 tbsp, Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup, Keto-friendly Italian dressing (the Paul Newman Lite option has ZERO carbs or sugar—but again, USE WHAT YOU HAVE)
- 1/2 tsp, onion powder
- 1/2 tsp, garlic powder
- 1/2, Kosher salt
The Low Carb Bread Company Noodles: get the 4-pack (e.g., penne, rotini, fettuccine, and elbow noodles), especially now, to reduce contact and travel waste ​
#6. Creamed Keto Spinach - 7:05​
- 3 tbsp, grass-fed butter (divided)
- 1/3, white onion (chopped)
- 1 cup, heavy whipping cream
- 1 bag, spinach (frozen, or double the amount if the spinach is fresh)
- 2 oz, Philadelphia's cream cheese (onion & chive)
- 1/4 cup, parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp, onion powder
- 1/2 tsp, garlic powder
