Why the thyroid cure isn't taught in medical school?

Doctors should be able to cure thyroid problems. 1 out of 5 women have a thyroid problem. Many are undiagnosed. Those who are under treatment are not getting proper treatment. Most people end up burning out quickly and get worse.
