"I started this project to remind myself and other people that no matter what is going on in our lives we will always have at least one reason to be happy. It is not about being happy all day everyday as I strongly believe that we need all sorts of feelings and emotions to be complete. However it’s important to be able to recognize when you experience negative feelings and give yourself a timeframe of how long you want to be in that state" said Sevara.

"Staying too long in the negative state affects our wellbeing, surroundings and connections. So by thinking of 1 reason you are happy everyday will make your brain work in the direction of finding good things in life and the more you practice it, more good things will happen in your life" said Sevara.
