What is the basis of atheists for saying that there is no God? Is it their worry?

Can we not enjoy life with the the existence of God? Will the non-existence of God stop all the worrying in humanity?

To intelligently say, that there is no justice; you should know what is justice. You cannot say emphatically that something is done in injustice, if you do not know justice. By what standard do you say that there is no GOD?
