Powell Peralta, no longer made in the USA??

Even though the label on the sticker advertises that the deck is manufactured in Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A.- the sticker on the side says otherwise.

What's the deal Powell Peralta? Don't advertise that you're "Manufactured in the USA" when you clearly aren't.
