Join me today for an ARMS + ABS workout! 💪🔥 you will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item for this workout. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. hammer to wide curls
2. tricep kickbacks
3. iso bicep hold (20s L, 20s R)
4. alt. single chest press w/ alt. leg extension
5. crunch w/ reach out
6. oblique crunch w/ legs raised
