Navy veteran Tom Porter said on Wednesday, that he has "mixed feelings" about the U.S. plan to withdraw troops from Afghanistan by fall, officially ending America's longest war. Locals too are worried about the uncertainty brought from soldiers leaving their country. Lauren Anthony reports.
