Well, the answer to that question is provided here in this interview. The real kicker though is that what this is, has already been developed and is in use amongst a hidden minority. Like your smartphones were initially, it's military technology too and the person writing this is one of the hidden minority that has use of it. Its intrinsic to my person now, and again, as is explained over the course of this interview we're on course for its introduction into the mainstream. This thing is 'Synthetic Telepathy' and your phones really are set to become obsolete.

We are entering a new age, the 'Age of AI - Artificial Intelligence' and it's going to be driving practically everything. No ifs, no buts, it is. Therefore, in understanding this, and the history behind how such technologies have been developed, you will be able to better your current understanding of world events.

What's been overlooked for so very long due to the veil of secrecy that's been applied to the development of such technologies, is, a 'moral code'. As seemingly without compunction within the ranks of the developers, they've sought only to do as they please to so many unwitting regular citizens. It can only continue to be used effectively as a weapon as it is being, if it continues to remain a secret.

Keep calm, but as I've said, educate yourselves and understand - as Leo says in the interview - that what we speak of, is going to happen to you. Whoever you are and whatever you do for a living.
