This tutorial video will show you step by step how to use Private DNS on any Android phone.
The steps in this video work for any Android phone, such as Samsung, Lenovo, Motorola, OnePlus, ASUS, Nokia, Google, Sony, LG, and other Android smartphones.
You can use Google Public DNS, Cloudflare DNS, Quad9, AdGuard, or another Private DNS provider.
Private DNS uses DNS-over-TLS to provide security and privacy for your DNS queries.
Private DNS is only available on Android 9, 10, and 11.
Below are examples of Private DNS provider hostnames:
- dns.google
- one.one.one.one (Cloudflare)
- 1dot1dot1dot.cloudflare-dns.com
- dns.quad9.net
- dns.adguard.com
You may need to test these DNS providers to see which one works best for you in terms of speed.
