HOW DO YOU STAY CALM when life is chaotic?

By practicing being in your vertical core and here I explain how.

Did you know we have 3 secret rooms inside our body?

When we get very familiar with these secret rooms inside of ourselves, we become very resilient.

We feel calmer and less reactive.

Tonight I want to share a meditation with you that will help keep you out of overwhelm during the silly season.

The secret room behind our eyes which has the potential to quickly open the heart channel and the womb space.

The centre point is behind our eyes (where we have another set of eyes) and connect us with the Divine vision.

To find this centre, go in behind your physical eyes and up a bit. This centre has to do with the quality of energy of awareness.

The Heart space relates to love, joy and appreciation. The Heart is to do with the energy of giving and serving.

The womb space for women and the Dantien anchors in the Divine Subtle energy and gives us a direct experience of the Divine Love.

It allows us to receive the gifts the universe has in store for us.

The womb and pelvis allow us to receive and expand.

But sometimes fear arises, because what happens when we expand?

Fear of the unknown creeps in because we are entering unfamiliar territory.

Our instinct is to pull back into our comfort zone, but when we learn to stay centred in our womb space, our soul journey can unfold very quickly with a minimal amount of suffering and pain.

We need to ‘condition’ ourselves to stay in our womb/Dantien.

Just like we go to the gym for physical fitness, we must learn to practice dropping into our womb/Dantien and staying ‘home’ instead of shooting out of our bodies.

This is the most important centre of our body in all healing, martial arts, yogic traditions: suspended in the womb space in women and the lower abdomen for men.

Dantien, or lower Dantien, or Dahn-jon, or Hara are some names for it.

It is located approx. 3 inches below the belly button and inside the body.

One of the Dantien’s functions is to ground and receive Yin energy from the earth. It also acts as a storage space for heat, energy, physical strength and stamina.

The most fascinating thing is that this centre has its own consciousness beyond the physical that leads us directly to our authentic power.

The Dantien is considered the ‘house’ of physical communication, sensory awareness, and feelings. We get a gut feeling when something is going on in our environment or in another person.

Learn to listen to your surroundings from your Dantien, not just with your logical mind and be surprised how accurate the information is that you receive from your body.

The more attention you pay to your power base, the clearer your communication will become.

Connecting to our vertical core, while being fully grounded in our Home space is the path to true realisation of your highest self.

Join me here and keep doing it every day.

I promise that you will feel happier and stronger before the week is out.

Let me know what your experiences are

What is coming up for you?
