What we stand for, what is worth dying for.

129,000 Canadians, and millions of others around the world, have given their lives voluntarily for the rule of law and equality before the law. They gave their lives for the fundamental inalienable rights and liberties codified in the Canadian Charter, International Charters and 800 years of legal tradition that underpin our society.

The Rule of Law and Equality before the Law has broken down in Canada for the first time in our history. Fundamental rights have been suspended without the legal due process demanded by our highest laws, the ultimate authority in Canada. Not the Queen, not the PM, not the AG, the Constitution and Charter is the highest authority in our nation and it's been subverted.

'Lest we forget' is a statement of remembrance for the sacrifice in defence of our freedoms and the 'Rule of Law' and 'Equality before the Law' that are there to protect them.

If the government is not forced to get back within the law, November 11 becomes meaningless and the sacrifices of my 7 colleagues and thousands of others becomes meaningless.

Don't let that happen.
