We talked to John Cook of Consensus who has been doing research into the sales engineers' salary and workloads. I asked him about the most surprising finding of his research.

Turns out the number of unqualified demonstrations is the most surprising! 1 in 3 demonstrations is unqualified on average. That means in many cases there might be more.
