EDC Bags and what's inside: Every Day Carry backpack overview

My idea of an EDC bag is maybe a little more simple than most. Like with the items I carry on my person, I have run the gamut from carrying a fully loaded pack everywhere I go to carrying nothing at all, and this is what I am packing today.

I have used a lot of different bags. I really like sling style bags, and have been using a Vertx Commuter Sling a lot, but have recently switched to a more standard backpack because I am often carrying a baby in a front carrier and a sling pack isn't useful in that situation.
