Since his hiring in October 2020 as Superintendent of New Hanover County Schools, North Carolina, Dr. Charles Faust has accelerated the integration of the Marxist Critical Race Theory ideology into the K-12 curriculum across the greater Wilmington, NC metro. Over the last month, Dr. Faust continues to fast track the BLM diversity strategy by employing Sophic Solutions, LLC, a CRT training outfit out of his last post in Kansas City.
