The traditional ancient flavors passed down for three generations for 60 years, the owner's grandfather's ancestral skills and equipment have been used since the grandfather's time, following the ancient method of popping rice and using maltose to stir-fry; new flavors have been developed one after another, and there are currently 11 flavors of rice.
