Spoiled Dog Will Only Eat If He's Hand Fed

Rigby is a nine-year-old chihuahua beagle mix. Meal times are always a challenge. He prefers to be fed each individual crumpet, by hand.
He suffers from anxiety, so his owners do whatever they can to make him happy. It is quite funny how he reacts to putting the dish in front of him. He turns his nose up in refusal. It's like it would be so BENEATH him to eat like a peasant!
