Mal 3:16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book (scroll) of remembrance (memorial) was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His name.
This writing just took place, at the start of Esthers Preparation.
What we have here is a "scroll of memorial" which in Hebrew is h2146. זִכְרוֹן ziḵrôn; a memento (or memorable thing, day or writing): — memorial, record.
Used 24 times which is the number of the House of David, again marking 290,640.
This same scroll is opened before the King in Esther 6:1 "commanded to bring the book (scroll) of records (zikron memorial) of the chronicles; and they were read before the King." The King here is the Alpha and Omega.

Each was to give a half shekel number those written in the Scroll of Memorial which total 14 talents of gold!

R: Thanks for the kind words but I'm still understanding the "covenant." This is vitally important as we enter this new kingdom era. This covenant is confirmed for "one week" which is a year that I believe we are in. 62 weeks plus 7 weeks plus one week is 70 weeks as described in Daniel 9.
C: Leeland Jones I'm trying to figure this out and work through it too today. Im re studying Daniel 9 on Strong's and praying for clarity and revelation. The Lord is giving me many clues and scriptures about a 'covenant' and oath I've taken as well. And many other clues to my identity. I'm still trying to piece it all together and understand.

Dan 9 makes the purpose of the 70th week plain:
70 weeks are determined upon thy people and
upon thy holy city (Ezekiel Temple)
to finish the transgression, and
to make an end of sins, and
to make reconciliation (Atonement) for iniquity, and
to bring in everlasting righteousness, and
to seal up (unseal) the vision and prophecy, and
to anoint the most Holy (King)
Verse 25 "the Messiah the Prince" or מָשִׁיחַ mâšiyah נָגִיד nâg̱iyd - anointed ruler
25 from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be 7 weeks, and 62 weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall (new Jerusalem) even in troublous times
A "Week" relates to a measurement of time that could be applied to days, years or once a year with the "Feast of Weeks." If once a year and the "command" is year 1948, add 62 years brings us to 2010. If you know the "Kings Timeline" then you know it starts in the fall of 2010 in which "the Mosy Holy is anointed." Then the other 7 "weeks" bring usvto 2017. Here the Messiah is clearly Iesous Christos, Alpha and Omega, the Almighty. But the next verse, 26 says:
And after 62 weeks (years) shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself.
What does this mean? How could He be "cut off" in His 2nd coming?
What I'm seeing is who He is has changed, He's become King of Kings and reigns more than ever before. He's the same person but like Joseph, is now running the Kingdom! 7 good years and 7 bad years.
How is it that John, the closest disciple said, "I fell at his feet as dead."
Though the "Son of Man" He meets the characteristics and description of the Ancient of Days!
Ok messiah in Hebrew is simply anointed so I focus first on the Most Holy being anointed King. The 2 Witnesses are also "anointed" ones "cut off" in the middle of the week of 7 years. Therefore when they are overcome by the beast and complete 1260 days, this is the middle of the 7 year Great Tribulation.
This would also mean that verse 27 "he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week" would refer to either the Messiah or the 2 Witnesses. Or it could mean both, Messiah 3.5 yrs at His first coming and the 2 Witnesses 3.5 yrs at His 2nd? Messenger of the Covenant?
Verse 26 "Messiah be cut off" and "the people of the prince" or עַם ‘am נָגִיד nâg̱iyd - people ruler
The Messiah is anointed King but this seems to suggest the Messiah as we know Him is "cut off" or the covenant as we know it is cut off.
Zech 11:10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people. And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the Lord.
Dan 9:27 he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week the sacrifice and the oblation will cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate,
1948 + 62 wks = 2010 + 7 wks = 2017 + 1 wks = 2018
Dt 17:18 And it shall be, when he (king) sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy (h4932. מִשְׁנֶה mišneh Second) of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites

This appears to be a 3rd covenant or new, new covenant which is then confirmed for a week in Dan 9:27.
Point is, there's no antichrist mentioned in Dan 9, only the Messiah. There's no peace treaty with Israel.
But yes, we have a lot to learn about this covenant.
