We lost the 4 county subpoena request because the witnesses in the evidence weren't added to the discovery and weren't verified as "expert", however, the Judge did say "at least not yet" and referred to their evidence testimony as "interesting". So hopefully we can get them added as expert witnesses and continue with those subpoenas. Because that evidence CANNOT be ignored.
