D.C. medical examiner report declares ff the 5 people whose deaths are connected to the Capitol riot:

-2 died of a heart attack
-1 died from amphetamine poisoning
-1 from homicide (Ashli Babbitt)

Officer Sicknick's cause of death remains unknown

So Ashli Babbitt officially ruled a homicide death; the only one so far from the U.S. Capitol riots.
