NOPD responded to a call on Felicity Street Saturday and shot and killed a puppy.
According to a police release, a dog was shot by a New Orleans police officer in the Lower Garden District on Saturday night.
Apollo's owners were in their home Saturday night when three gunshots were heard outside, according to people who helped rescue, foster, and adopt the four-month-old Louisiana Catahoula.
