Feral Hog Eradication 16 - Learn to LEAD...a running hog (or not).

One lone Boar at over 100 yards (guess). I try to keep my shots much closer than this but this boar was on HIGH ALERT and was leaving so we decided that with 3 shooters we could surely get him... well, one gun was jammed and didn't fire but you can hear the two that did fire both hit and this tank still ran. Shooting hogs on the run is different every time. I usually start with crosshairs on the nose and adjust from there. As you can see I didn't do that at all and you can clearly see one of my hits in the dirt several hog lengths behind the hog. I know better but just didn't think he was that far or running that fast. At least I hit him again when he stopped and he went down.
I post this so folks that are just getting into hog eradication can learn from my lack of lead.
