But There Was No More | Doctrine and Covenants 132:66 | the Revelations of Joseph Smith

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, I will reveal more unto you, hereafter; therefore, let this suffice for the present" reads the very last verse in Doctrine and Covenants 132:66 given to Joseph Smith. Section 132 is also. curiously enough, the very last revelation Joseph Smith received as is recorded in Doctrine and Covenants.

"I will reveal more unto you" never happened. Why? And why did the Church later place two more revelations after section 132 (sections 133-134) which had been given to Joseph Smith years before he received section 132? Were sections 133 and I34 placed after section 132 to make it less obvious to the reader that the promise made to Joseph Smith in section 132:66 never was fulfilled?
