These are some of my favorite waist exercises I've put into a quick workout that you can do 2-3 rounds of (if one round is too easy).

During quarantine, I've been doing this abs workout 3 days per week. Some days I feel good I'll do it 3-4 rounds, while some days my body is more tired I'll only do 2 rounds.

Make sure to push yourself a little, but at the same time stay within your limits! As always, remember to listen to your body, you know it best.
