Jazz Bass Shootout Sire V7 Marcus Miller vs USA Fender Highway 1 Tone Sound

It's an East meets West showdown of epic proportions! The challenger is the affordable import form East that is taking the world by storm, the Sire V7 Marcus Miller bass. It takes on the iconic American made Fender Highway One Jazz Bass (bone stock). There are a lot of things that contribute to the tone of these basses. Weight (Highway ways a little more), alder vs. ash body, rosewood vs. maple fretboards, thin nitro vs. thick poly finish and the list goes on. The Highway One is of course passive so the Marcus Miller Sire is in passive mode. Is there a clear cut winner? You decide!
