I cried in the washroom people saw me and ignored it. I went to my friends some judged me some told me it's just a feelings and it will go in a second. My parents pretend to be supportive but in reality they blame me and judge me for my sadness. Most importantly all they say is "depression just don't exist." 😭 "when a child don't study well or get distracted that's when they get depression" 😭 "you have no reason to be depressed" 😭 Talking about my room my parents stay in my room 24/7. Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. The signs of depression can include depressed mood most of the day, significant weight loss, fatigue or low energy, inability to think or concentrate, thoughts of suicide, etc. Hidden depression or concealed depression can be very hard to spot, because the most successful and functioning people can be oblivious to what's going on with themselves. In this video, we bring to light some hidden signs of depression. However, be sure to consult a professional when getting properly diagnosed.
