No 80s today, no 70s or 60s either. Highs only in the 50s & that cooler weather is here to stay for quite awhile. Widespread heavier rain will arrive Saturday evening, with chances for a few claps of thunder. Near an inch of rainfall will fall overnight, before lightening up on Sunday. Winds will also begin to gust strong overnight and into Sunday morning. These gusty NE winds, over 40 mph will accompany the rain which could lead to some minor lakeshore flooding. They will begin to ease up by Sunday afternoon. Several rounds of precipitation will move through the area into the upcoming week. Temperatures widespread stay cooler into the 50s by the end of the work week, but still are above average.
