Ingredients:
1.5 lbs deveined shrimp, shell on
1 whole garlic, minced
1/3 cup flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
6 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil

Coat the shrimp with flour, paprika and cayenne pepper.

On low heat, cook the butter, oil and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the shrimp into pan, evenly spread out so that it can get nice pan fry for a crispy coating. (Do not layer the shrimps on top of each other) Add salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until slightly crispy. That’s all it takes to make this delicious recipe! I served this with steamed rice and a wedge of lemon.
