94/Telegraph Rd Intersection Bucket Drummer

I had passed by a thin person with long hair while traveling North on Telegraph passing by and I thought it was just another bum begging for money. On my return to the area I noticed him drumming and doing his thing, that's when I went home to grab my camera.
He's really nice and he said he arrives before all the panhandlers get there, it's a nice change of atmosphere if you ask me. He said the Taylor Police harass him everyday and they sit at RiteAid's empty parking lot across the street.
