2021 is bringing forth its’ own issues.

Let’s take a look: We found last year that Sourcing Managers were frustrated because procurement for construction was paused from April through July, and when reopened Facility Managers were worried about how to execute 12 months of work in 8 months.

Now the next issue: Building Owners and Professional Contractors are concerned about supply disruptions caused by the robust Q3+4 recovery in addition to chemical shortages due to the bad weather in Texas in February.

Plan ahead. The foregoing issues are causing supply disruptions and delays, and we are now seeing significant material price inflation.

Think ahead. Perhaps think differently. Service, Repair, Coating in lieu of a reroof?
