One day before the three-year anniversary of Kyle Plush's death, his parents Ron and Jill Plush and their attorney Al Gerhardstein speak on a settlement in their wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Cincinnati. In addition to a $6 million payment, the city has also pledged to make long-term improvements to its 911 call center. Kyle Plush, 16, suffocated in the back seat of his own van despite making multiple 911 calls for help on April 10, 2018.
