Gov. Whitmer asks people to stop dining indoors, suspend youth sports for 2 weeks

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is asking for a voluntary suspension of youth sports and in-person high school learning for the next two weeks while also calling on people to stop dining indoors amid a surge in COVID-19 cases.
