This is Part 2- Part 1 he spent just asking them why they had assembled- they killed Ashley- and now feel they can abuse citizens at will- The officers were extremely disrespectful, mocking Richard for standing up for his rights. These are the same Capitol police who allowed Antifa and BLM to infiltrate the capitol and blame it on Trump supporters. Respect is earned. They don't really act as if they deserve any, as clearly evidenced by the mocking of someone standing up for their rights.
