Dispelling myths, discovering truths, and proposing solutions this report was immediately criticised by Anti-Racist Insta-llectuals and Social Media Sages as a convenient way for the UK Government to absolve itself racism.

To the contrary, this report points out many of the nefarious tactics antagonists use in the anti-racism fight which undermine equality and confuse issues with the constant conflation of terminology and liberal applications of terms like systemic and structural racism.

PART 1: This is the intro of the report which briefly highlights the credibility of the Commissioning Board, then discusses definitions, and sets the stage with some of the languages of race.
