Capt. Matt Orders, Team Leader, Team 5111, 1st Battalion, 5th Security Force Assistance Brigade, discusses his experiences with 5th SFAB and Exercise Black Marlin, a recent training engagement with the Maldives National Defense Force in Maafilaafushi, Maldives in March, 2021. Orders previously participated in engagements in Fiji and in Thailand prior to his employment in the Indo-Pacific theater as part of 5th SFAB's Force Package 21-1 employment to the region that began in January 2021.
