Ashli Babbitt's shooting death was indeed ruled a homicide. It was clear for a long time that that was the case, so to see it confirmed is important and necessary for any litigation that could come in the future.

2 Heart attacks and a Stroke make up the rest of the deaths.

Those in custody in D.C. though are having an intentionally terrible time. Not provided by the inmates, but by the corrections officers.
