Southern Border: Tax Payer Funded Alien Smuggling?

The Federal Code of Regulations stipulates actions and penalties associated with the federal crime of alien smuggling (8 USC 1324). The law states if an individual entices, harbors or transports an illegal alien into the United States is guilty of a felony.
